When I decided to buy an engagement ring, I experienced many of the negative stereotypes of the industry. The big houses couldn’t be bothered, and the "diamond district" shops did little to build trust. That's why I was so thankful to find Natalie. She was the only jeweler who asked questions about me, my fiance, and our relationship before even mentioning budget or design. She quickly built my trust. Natalie and I pushed the envelope on design, fabrication, and timing. She was honest, transparent – Natalie texted me progress photos during fabrication – attentive, and seemingly as emotionally invested as I was. In the end, she did it all on time and under budget. The ring was exactly what I was looking for, and my fiance couldn't be happier.

I literally cannot stop staring at it – I just think it's absolutely stunning! LDC is outstanding, and I plan on recommending them to everyone looking for quality jewelry. I had an amazing experience with Natalie and couldn't recommend her more highly. Lots of people comment on how awesome the ring looks. Like both the obligatory “OMG I love it” and then the circle back 10 minutes later “no, but really I love it”. She did an awesome job, and I gotta make sure Natalie and anybody reading a review knows it! And although I won’t be bugging Natalie bi-weekly anymore, she’ll definitely hear from me again! The best thing about Natalie's approach is how she idiot-proofs the process. I knew nothing about engagement rings when I contacted Natalie. I knew kind of what my now-wife liked, but that was about it. That was all Natalie needed.
